Kevin Hart Sued $60M Over Sex Tape

Kevin Hart is facing some legal trouble while recovering from his highly publicized car accident.

According to TMZ, Montia Sabbag is suing Hart for $60 million for conspiring with a friend, J.T. Jackson, to record their sexual encounter, back in 2017.

In her lawsuit, Sabbag claims that Jackson set up a hidden camera in the Cosmopitlian Hotel suite. Four months ago, Jackson was charged with two counts of extortion for allegedly trying to keep Hart’s tape under wraps.

Although Sabbag feels differently, Hart denied having any knowledge of the tape. Following the scandal, Hart issued a public apology directed towards his wife, Eniko Hart, and kids.

“I’m at a place in my life where I feel like I have a target on my back, and because of that, I should make smart decisions. And recently, I didn’t. You know, I’m not perfect. I’m not going to sit up here and say that I am or claim to be in any way shape or form,” he said.

He continued, “And I made a bad error in judgment and I put myself in a bad environment where only bad things can happen and they did. And in doing that I know that I’m going to hurt the people closest to me, who’ve I talked to and apologized to, that would be my wife and my kids.”

Earlier this month, Hart was involved in a car accident in Malibu with his friend, Jared Black. After undergoing successful back surgery, Hart is expected to make a full recovery.

Last week on Thursday (September 12), Eniko stated that her husband will bounce back soon. “He’s amazing,” she said. “He’ll be back on track in no time.”

Kenya Moore And Marc Daly Split After Two Years of Marriage And One Child

Kenya Moore and Marc Daly split after two years of marriage and one child

Kenya Moore, 48, and Marc Daly, 49, have called it quits after being married for two years.

The couple, who share a 10-month-old daughter named Brooklyn Doris Daly, got married back in June 2017 on a beach in St. Lucia. Sadly, the marriage has come to an end only weeks before their daughter’s first birthday.

The Bravo star announced her split from her husband on Thursday, September 19.

She told US Weekly: “It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly.

“Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward.”

Marc Daily also confirmed the split in a statement, saying: “I have come to the difficult decision to separate from Kenya at this time. Our daughter has two parents that love her very much and in her best interests, this situation should remain as private as possible. I cherish our family’s good times together and will continue to co-parent in a loving way. Rumors, innuendo or false accusations only serve to hurt our family and will be addressed through counsel as the law permits. Please respect our privacy during this challenging period.”

This revelation comes as a surprise because Moore called Daly the “love of my life” during the Monday, September 16, episode of The Tamron Hall Show, where they both spoke about their IVF journey.

During the show which aired earlier this week, the couple appeared to be in good spirits as they opened up about their journey to welcoming their daughter via IVF.

“It’s incredibly challenging because the success rate for these these treatments are very low,” Daly said. “There’s expectations, but you also have to be prepared for disappointed. So just being there, being supportive, being hopeful, being positive and just being behind her was what it’s all about.”

Moore and Daly were also together as recently as Tuesday night, when they attended a benefit reception he hosted in honor of the Black Man Lab at the Wimbish House in Atlanta.

Sexiest Books of All Time

Sexiness in books is preconceived to be limited to romance novels, but it’s more than that. It’s a universal concept that takes on many connotations about having power and agency and challenging old norms about sex. Whether it’s Lolita and Anna Karenina for class or picking up Zane’s book for pleasure (pun intended), these stories center on a woman’s narrative or celebrate sexuality in a liberating way that’s not exclusive to romance. Books that were considered too scandalous and taboo for society are now being praised for their revolutionary schools of thought, particularly now because we are at a juncture in society where we’re having open discourses about sex and pushing marginalized voices to the forefront. The impressive books on this list have been doing that way before it registered in our collective consciousness.

‘Dear Liz Anjorin, Find A Means To Officially Channel Your Grievances To The Leaders in Our Industry’

Yoruba actor, Yomi Fabiyi has wadded into the current war between Nollywood actresses, Liz Anjorin and Toyin Abraham.

The actresses have been at each other’s throats on social media and Yomi Fabiyi has just appealed to Liz Anjorin to ‘cease fire’.

In his words, ‘Dear Liz Anjorin, I want to humbly appeal to you to cease fire and find a means to officially channel your grieviancies to the leaders in our industry. I have no right to rubbish your plights or condemn your approach entirely, I don’t know where your shoe hurts’.

Just for the sake of the industry, peace and posterity, find alternate means of registering your displeasure(s), since it is obvious something is hurting you and if not carefully done, the narratives may twist against you and your stand point.

The President, Mr Latin and his executives has listening ears and I am optimistic will ensure your plights are listened and attended to no matter whose ox is gored, please trust them on this. None of us is bigger than the industry. Do not join any in thinking otherwise.

Allowing the public and the fans be the judge in cases they have no clear understanding of or even the true personalities of most of us is unfair and unkind on them. We must conduct ourselves that we do not indulge or hoodwink the innocent followers into becoming agents of criminality in our names, that is not fanship, control your fans. Every sane person in a society will not accept that from anybody. You cannot exonerate yourself when the effect is full blown. Anybody can be the victim, even the fans, be guided.

However, I am in no position to judge or condemn you on this matter, but whatever you do, please leave room for reconciliation and peace, at least to the best of your ability before God and before man.

You already apologized to your folks yesterday, that is lovely and mature. Hopefully appropiate corrections and steps are taken to guarantee peace on and offline in this industry. Any over stretched negativity from any of us, the major casuality is the INDUSTRY, think twice dear.
I wish you well in your endeavours and send to my regards to your daughter.

Thanks for reading mate.

NB: Apologies for making this public, some things are better done this way. No malice is intended. I care for you and every of our colleagues. LET US FIND PEACE AND IN THE RIGHT WAY.

Barcelona Announce Record Income Projection Of Over €1 Billion

Barcelona are expecting to achieve a turnover of €1 billion (£0.9bn/$1.1bn) for the 2019-20 season, one year ahead of their projected internal targets, the club has announced.

The Blaugrana, who are one of the most successful sporting clubs across the globe, will break the significant financial barrier by the close of the current term, 12 months ahead of their aim of meeting the threshold by 2021.

Having turned a profit every year since the 2011-12 campaign, the Liga heavyweights will exceed the mark in part thanks to a decrease in wage costs at Camp Nou.

Speaking at a press conference to announce the news of their record numbers, vice president Enrique Tombas credited the club’s measured approach to spending in the transfer market as key to helping them hit their goal a year ahead of schedule.

While Barca made a clutch of major big-name signings ahead of the new campaign, including the arrival of Antoine Griezmann and Frenkie de Jong among others, they have also helped balance the books with several high-profile exits.

In particular, the departure of Philippe Coutinho on loan to Bayern Munich, who have taken on the Brazilian’s hefty wage packet, has helped them lower their overall playing bill and avoid any Financial Fair Play infringements.

As such, the club are expected to see a significant hike in turnover for this season, with the €990 million (£878m/$1.1bn) made throughout the 2018-19 campaign expected to rise to €1 billion (£0.9bn/$1.1bn) in 2019-20.

Both Tombas and club CEO Oscar Grau were effusive in their joy at reaching the major milestone, with the pair happy to explain the vision that has helped them exceed their projections.

“Selling players is essential for the club,” remarked Tombas. “We are living a healthy financial situation which allows us to look to the future with guarantees. Wages have been decreased by 3 per cent.

“We sell players with no success in the club. Our priority is to have competitive teams and for now we haven’t sold any player who is having success.”

“Barcelona is a sports club focused on football so our goal is to have good players for wining,” added Grau.

“If we don’t hire a player we would present a higher surplus but our goal is to have the best possible team with financial stability.”

The club turned a total post-tax profit of €5m (£4.4m/$5.5m) last season and are projected to more than double it to €11m (£9.8m/$12.2m) this campaign.
